Pricing

Every payment costs us a transaction fee. If you pay for 3 or 12 months at once, we pay that fee less often and pass the saving on to you: per quarter you pay the price shown, monthly billing is €0.30 per month more (€0.10 for Minecraft Java 1 GB and the 512 MB bot plans, €0.20 for Minecraft Java 4 and 6 GB and the 2 GB bot plans), and per year you get 1 month free on most plans. You can always end early: we refund the full months that haven't started (months used at the monthly price).

Yes, for free. Already playing on Aternos or another host, or want a CurseForge modpack? Order your plan and email info@serverspark.nl with your order number and what you want: we move your world and files or set up the pack for you, usually within a day.

Your server is created automatically after payment. Game servers and VPSes are usually ready within a few minutes, and at the latest within 24 hours.

Yes. You cancel in your account, at the end of your period or straight away. With monthly billing that is every month. If you paid per quarter or per year and stop early, you get the full months that haven't started back (used months at the monthly price).

Through our customer portal, via Mollie: iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank transfer. You choose per order whether you pay every month, every quarter or every year; paying ahead is cheaper per month. Prices are in euro, VAT included. We never charge you automatically.

Yes. In the customer portal you choose a bigger plan and only pay the difference for the rest of your period. Your world and settings stay.

In professional data centers in the EU. Minecraft Java servers and Discord bots run in Germany (Falkenstein/Nuremberg) by default, or in Finland (Helsinki) if you choose it at checkout; other games run in Helsinki (Finland); VPSes in Nuremberg (Germany).
