Every month we share what changed at ServerSpark. October was a big one: a completely new look, and a few things that make ordering and managing your server clearer.
A new look for the website, portal and SparkPanel
Since 25 October, serverspark.nl, the customer portal (mijn.serverspark.nl) and SparkPanel share one new design. Nothing changes for you: your account, servers and passwords stay the same, and all pages kept their address.
- A new game servers page: pick a game and see all its plans right away.
- A new FAQ page with the questions we get most.
- Faster pages on your phone: the main content now shows in about two seconds.
- Smooth page switches: the menu stays put while the page changes.
Clearer unpaid orders in SparkPanel
Ordered but not paid yet? SparkPanel now says Waiting for payment with a Pay now button that takes you straight to your invoice. Before, it said "Being set up", which made it look as if you'd already paid. Once you pay, your server is set up automatically, usually within minutes.
