How the pre-order works
You order and pay
You pay the first period now, by iDEAL, Bancontact, card or bank transfer. Nothing is charged automatically later.
The counter goes up
When 44 paid pre-orders are in, we put the new server into use.
Delivery within 14 days
We deliver every pre-order within 14 days after the counter is reached. Your billing period starts on the day of delivery, not on the day you pay.
Cancel any time until delivery
There is no deadline: pre-orders stay open until the counter is reached. Until we deliver, you can cancel at any time and get everything back, transaction costs included.

How we compare
Our prices are for a container VPS with shared IPv4 and your own IPv6. Many providers include an own IPv4 address in their entry VPS; with our own IPv4 add-on we are not the lowest price. Compare like with like.
Prices incl. 21% VAT. Monthly billing costs a little more than paying per quarter; yearly is 11 times the quarterly price per month. No setup fee. The vCPUs, memory and network of a host server are shared between the customers on it: your plan's figures are the maximum your VPS can use.
What is a container VPS?
Your VPS is an isolated Linux container with root access. It shares the kernel of the host server, which is why it costs less than a full virtual machine. You install what you want: web servers, databases, Docker, bots, game servers that run on Linux. You cannot load your own kernel or kernel modules, and Windows is not possible. Need that? Choose KVM 2 or KVM 4.
What does shared IPv4 mean?
Your VPS reaches the internet over IPv4, and you get SSH plus at least 20 TCP/UDP ports on a shared IPv4 address. You see your ports in the customer portal. Websites on ports 80 and 443 work through our shared proxy, based on your domain name. IPv6 is always your own. Want your own IPv4 address? Add it for €3.49 a month paid quarterly.
Why a pre-order?
We only buy the new host server when enough people have ordered. That keeps the prices this low. There is no deadline: pre-orders stay open until we reach 44. Until we deliver, you can cancel at any time and get everything back, transaction costs included.
When does my billing period start?
On the day we deliver your VPS. If you pay for 3 months now, you get 3 full months from delivery. We only send a renewal invoice before those months end.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes. Until we deliver, you can cancel at any time with the withdrawal function in the customer portal or at info@serverspark.nl, and get the full amount back, transaction costs included. After delivery you have the 14-day right of withdrawal; after that we do not refund unused months of a VPS (terms article 6.4).
Where are the servers?
In a data center in Germany (EU).
Which operating systems can I choose?
Linux: Ubuntu, Debian, Rocky Linux and AlmaLinux. You choose when we deliver. Windows is not offered.
Is the CPU dedicated?
No. vCPUs are shared, as is usual at this price. That is fine for bots, websites, tools and light game servers, but not for software that keeps the CPU at 100% for hours.
Can I send email from my VPS?
Outgoing port 25 is blocked on every VPS, to prevent spam. With your own IPv4 address you can ask us to open it after 30 days.
Are backups included?
We make backups for disaster recovery, not for restoring your files on request. Make your own backups to another location, for example with restic.
What's not allowed?
Spam, open relays and proxies, attacks, port scans, illegal content and crypto mining. We suspend a VPS straight away on abuse. See the terms of service.
