Terms Of Service
Please read these Terms of Service ("Agreement", "Terms of Service") carefully before using www.ServerSpark.nl ("the Site") operated by ServerSpark. This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site at www.ServerSpark.nl.
A. Orders will be delivered immediately unless there is not enough stock.
B. ServerSpark will do its utmost to ensure that there is always enough stock.
C. When ordering a server at ServerSpark, you automatically confirm to us that you are 18+
D. When ordering a server at ServerSpark, (under 18+) you automatically confirm that you have permission from your parents.
A. If the consumer does not renew the server, ServerSpark is authorized to shut down the server.
B. If the consumer does not renew the server, ServerSpark is authorized to remove all data of this server after 5 days.
C. Support with regard to plugins/resources and code is not always guaranteed due to its complexity.
D. ServerSpark is not responsible in case of data loss. The customer is responsible for making backups.
A. The customer is not allowed to host illegal programs, content or websites.
B. The customer is not allowed to send spam from his/her ServerSpark servers.
C. ServerSpark is not responsible in case of data loss. The customer is responsible for making backups.
D. ServerSpark will not provide support for third-party apps but sometimes we can put you in the right direction.
E. ServerSpark is allowed to suspend the server if there is any kind of illegal activity on the server.
F. It's not allowed to mine crypto on a VPS.
A. The customer can open a ticket on our website or send us an email to info@ServerSpark.nl, if he has any questions regarding his service.
B. The official (non-SLA) response time of ServerSpark is 24 hours. But in practice this can of course be a lot faster.
C. ServerSpark only offers support on the services provided by ServerSpark.
D. ServerSpark does not provide support for third-party software.
E. During opening hours, our customer service is available through the communication channels within ServerSpark. This includes the following options: Support tickets, Live chats and via email. Response time by email is not guaranteed, but usually within 3 hours. There is no guaranteed response time outside ServerSpark's opening hours.
A. The customer is not allowed to get a refund in any case.
A. The customer will not host or run any websites/programs that are prohibited under Dutch law. Such as performing DDoS attacks, hosting child porn content and hosting copyrighted content.
B. The customer is responsible for making backups of his own servers.
A. The customer can always request a cancellation from his/her client panel.
A. ServerSpark is not responsible for the content that the customer is hosting.
B. ServerSpark will remove illegal content or other illegal applications/scripts that are not permitted by law.
C. ServerSpark is not responsible for data-loss in any case.
A. None of the parties is obliged to fulfill any obligation if it is prevented from doing so due to force majeure. Force majeure means in any case: war (danger), riots, strikes, war, fire, water damage, flooding, atmospheric conditions, prolonged power outages, adjustments or maintenance to the telecommunications network and / or electricity network of others, cable breaks, attacks on a network / server including DDoS and DoS, disruptions in the networks important for ServerSpark, disruptions in communicative connections including telecommunication connections or prevention or refusal / prolonged absence of compliance by suppliers on whom ServerSpark depends on the performance of its work is.
A. For a 1 euro donation you will receive 110 credits (€ 1,10).

C. Credits can only be used on the ServerSpark website to renew your server, upgrade your server or to buy a new server.
D. Credits cannot be refunded.

B. If you lost your account details, your account can only be restored if you have linked your discord account to your ServerSpark account.

A. ServerSpark is open every day from 09:30 AM to 08:30 PM excluding Sundays or holidays. On Sundays, ServerSpark is open from 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM. On all public holidays, ServerSpark uses the opening hours of Sundays unless otherwise stated on the website.
